A little bit about myself...

It’s a long, long story so let’s make it brief. I found myself in this profession due to a few main factors – suffering from asthma and dyslexia as a child I decided to take up martial arts, swimming and athletics, in an attempt to push my physical wellbeing and avoid learning issues. Much later I was to find out that the core and balance training were to have a direct positive effect on my dyslexia.

After leaving school early and going through many varied jobs, I found myself under the employment of fitness and rugby coach Steve Black. “Blackie” instilled the passion for growth and learning that remains to this day. It is this passion that helps me to help others achieve their physical and mental goals.

From that point I started on a road of self-development by combining the once-despised formal education and practical experience on the subjects of sports science, person-centred counselling, flexibility, sports massage, kettlebells, TRX and GP referral to name a few.

Along with the extensive knowledge I've gained throughout my training and education I have also gained priceless insights from fellow professionals and clients along the way. That is why I am always moving forward to help people meet their goals.
